Crowns

Crowns

A crown (often referred to as a ‘cap’) is a laboratory constructed item made specifically per tooth and are usually placed for functional purposes if there are teeth considered to be at risk of fracturing. Crowns can be constructed from a range of materials to suits your preferences and budget. The making of a crown required two appointments, one to prepare the tooth and take impressions for the laboratory to construct the crown, and a follow up appointment where the crown will be fitted.
